  • Patrick McDonald and CS Staff are running the campaign on-site.
  • ​Patrick McDonald/CS is managing day-to-day operations of the campaign and managing the staff.

REMOTE CONSULTING

  • 1250.00 Per Month
  • 5 hours of scheduled calls per week.
  • Targeting universe design and voter contact plan are provided.
  • ​Hard costs for acquiring phone and email lists are reimbursed by the candidate/campaign.

VOTER RECORD ACQUISITION

  • 3 cents per email acquired
  • 3 cents per phone number acquired

ART WORK

  • Graphic design is 35.00 Per Hour
  • 12 - 24 hour turnaround time is required.

MAIL MANAGEMENT

  • .48 to .70 per mail piece sent
  • Costs are extremely variable depending on the size of the artwork, turnaround time, etc
  • All approved artwork should be submitted no earlier than 7 calendar days before the intended delivery date.
  • ​All artwork is pushed through subcontractors that are partnering with Campaign Services LLC.
  • ​The hard costs are paid in full before any artwork is printed or posted.
  • ​No fronting or credit is given on behalf of Campaign Services LLC. or its contractors.

PHONE MANAGEMENT

  • .85 per minute of connected talk time to landlines
  • 1.75 per minute of connected talk time to cell phone

TEXT MANAGEMENT

  • .10 cents per plain text message sent.
  • .18 cents per multimedia message sent.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT

  • $1000.00 Per Month for Digital Advertising Management
  • All Universes and Target Audiences require at least 10 calendar days to run
  • Social Media access/verification is required by the client ahead of time.

FUNDRAISING SUPPORT

  • 1000.00 per month
  • Fundraising through email and digital engagement.
  • Hard costs for staff time are 16.00 per hour.
  • ​Staff time entails CS Staff calling, emailing, texting, and sending remit letters to former donors.
